SERVICE · REVENUE PARTNERSHIP
When you don't want another agency
We take a small base fee and a share of the revenue we generate. If your number doesn't go up, neither does ours.
Most agencies are paid to execute, not to grow your business. The retainer arrives whether revenue moves or not. We got tired of watching that gap. Growth Partner is a different deal: a smaller monthly fee covers our cost to serve, and we earn the rest as a share of the revenue we generate above an agreed baseline. The incentive is the work.
How the deal works
- 01
We agree a baseline.
Usually your trailing 6 or 12 months of revenue. That's the line our share is measured against.
- 02
Base fee.
A monthly base fee covers our cost-to-serve. Lower than a typical retainer because most of our upside is on the share side. The number is sized to your business on the discovery call.
- 03
Revenue share.
A share of revenue above the baseline. Reported and reconciled monthly with full data access. The percentage is sized to the engagement on the discovery call — bigger lift, smaller percentage; tighter engagement, larger percentage.
- 04
Term.
Minimum 6 months so the work has time to compound. After that, rolling monthly with 60 days' notice either side.
- 05
Exit.
Either side can leave with 60 days. We don't lock anyone into something that isn't working.

Who it's for
Growth Partner isn't right for everyone. We only take on 2–3 partner brands at a time, and we're careful about which ones. You'll need to have:
- A working product with real demand. Not a launch, not a side project.
- Trailing revenue of at least £50k / month.
- Capacity on the fulfilment side to handle growth. Stock, customer service, returns.
- A willingness to share the data we need to do the work — Shopify admin, ad accounts, analytics.
- Decision-making authority. The model doesn't work if every change needs three layers of approval.

I'm George. I run ZEU. I've built sites, run ads, and watched too many engagements end with the brand spending more and not earning more. Growth Partner is the version of this work I actually want to do — fewer clients, deeper engagements, and the freedom to make calls that move the number instead of calls that hit the retainer scope. If that sounds like the kind of working relationship you've been looking for, talk to me.
FAQ
The share is calculated against the baseline we agree at the start. If revenue dips for reasons we couldn't influence, we don't earn — but we don't claw back either. We talk about it every month.
60 days notice after the initial 6-month term. We don't believe in trapping clients.
You do. We're collaborators on your accounts, not owners. If we part ways, you keep everything.
Because charging a percentage of all revenue — including revenue you'd have earned without us — isn't fair. The baseline isolates the work we actually do.
Brands doing £50k–£500k a month tend to fit best. Larger than that and you usually want a team in-house. Smaller and the math doesn't work for either side.
Often, yes. A build engagement is a good way for both sides to learn whether the longer model fits.
