ZEU Studio (“ZEU Studio”, “we”, “us”, “our”) is a custom web design and digital marketing studio founded by George Valker. You can reach us at george@zeustudio.co.uk.

You may use this website for lawful purposes and to learn about and enquire about our services. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or use it in any way that breaches applicable law.

All content on this site, including text, design, graphics, and code, is owned by ZEU Studio or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or reuse it without our permission.

ZEU Studio provides custom website design and build, e-commerce and content-management builds, and digital marketing services, including Google Ads and paid media management. The specific scope, deliverables, and timeline for any project are set out in the quote or proposal we agree with you in writing.

Information on this website is provided for general guidance and does not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we both agree a quote or proposal.

Project fees are fixed and quoted to scope before work begins. Unless agreed otherwise, projects are invoiced in stages and payment is due within the period stated on the invoice. Ongoing services, such as marketing management, are billed on the cycle set out in your agreement.

Prices are quoted exclusive of any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Third-party costs, such as advertising spend, hosting, domains, or paid plugins, are passed through to you and are your responsibility.

To deliver your project on time, we rely on you to provide the content, access, approvals, and feedback we need within reasonable timeframes; delays may affect the timeline. You are responsible for ensuring that any material you provide is accurate, lawful, and does not infringe the rights of others.

On full payment of all fees due for a project, ownership of the final website and the bespoke deliverables we create specifically for you transfers to you, except for any third-party components, fonts, libraries, or platforms, which remain subject to their own licences.

We may showcase work we have produced for you in our portfolio and marketing unless we agree otherwise in writing.

Our services may involve third-party platforms and providers, for example, hosting, e-commerce platforms, and advertising networks such as Google Ads and Meta. Your use of those platforms is subject to their own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for their availability, performance, or decisions.

We provide our services with reasonable care and skill. Beyond that, and to the fullest extent permitted by law, this website and its content are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee specific commercial results, such as a particular volume of traffic, leads, sales, or advertising performance, as these depend on many factors outside our control.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZEU Studio will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for loss of profit, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of this website or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Where liability is not excluded, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees you have paid us for that project.

Either party may end an ongoing engagement in line with the notice period set out in the relevant agreement. On termination, you remain responsible for fees for work completed up to that point. We may suspend or withdraw access to this website at any time without notice.

Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information shared in the course of working together, and to use it only for the purpose of the engagement.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless a different jurisdiction is required by applicable law.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page, with the “last updated” date shown, is the one that applies. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
